New York--(lawntennismag.com) Our picks for Saturday:

Agnieszka Radwanska (POL)[30] v. Maria Sharapova (RUS)[2] Arthur Ashe Stadium –1st match
Sharapova has only lost two games in two matches this year. Radwanska should take more games and possibly a set, but Maria should win this match.
Prediction: Maria Sharapova

Thomas Johansson (SWE) v. Andy Roddick (USA)[5] Arthur Ashe Stadium –2nd match
Roddick will roll over Johansson, the 2002 Australian Open champion in straight sets.
Prediction: Andy Roddick

Roger Federer (SUI)[1] v. John Isner (USA) Arthur Ashe Stadium –3rd match
Isner leads in aces served this tournament and has the second fastest serve behind Roddick only. But Federer is better in everything other than the first serve. Isner will not be able to serve big all match.
Prediction: Roger Federer

Nicole Vaidisova (CZE)[13] v. Shahar Peer (ISR)[18] Arthur Ashe Stadium – 4th match
Nicole won their only meeting in 2005 4-6, 7-6(10-8), 6-2 on clay. This could go either way if Peer is running down a lot of balls. If Vaidisova is able to brush off her errors and not focus on them point after point, I think she will win.
Prediction: Nicole Vaidisova

Stefan Koubek (AUT) v. James Blake (USA)[6] Arthur Ashe Stadium – 5th match
Blake won New Haven and is playing very well. Blake should win this in straight sets.
Prediction: Blake
